how can i create these teen Halloween costumes at home?
So I am 13, nearly 14 and every year i have amazing halloween costumes. Last year I made a gothic lolita/evil ragdoll costume using a cheap dark angel costume from a high street shop, scissors and wool.
I like to be individual costume wise so when one girl at my party was a devil, 2 were evil schoolgirls, and 2 were school girl wiches I was happy to stand out.
my fave costumes on the market this year are the cute female clown costumes, little dead riding hood and stuff.
My other ideas were to make a zombie prom queen costume which is easy and my other idea was to be the pink cat in alice and wonderland or a dalmation or something.
For the clown I know where to get a bowtie and a hat but what else do i need i know where to get tutus and hotpants but I am not sure what i need. How could I create this
also how do you create little dead riding hood?

Try focusing on the eye make-up for the dead but still sexy look. This’ll work for both the clown and the Riding Hood. Also, props are everything! Try dressing up your shoes with bows, skulls, and other items. Riding hood would work well with a wolfskin or some porridge in a cute basket.
For the clown, try some giant pompoms. As for the tutus, you should be able to get those from most costume shops, but ebay is probably cheaper if you have time to wait for shipping
